Discovery + User Research
Get to know you and your users. Our first step is to get to know your business. We talk to key stakeholders and dive into the data you already have and any performance of existing sites. This could include speaking with customers, creating or analyzing quantitative research, surveys, or user testing on an existing site.
Strategy

This is where we make the most critical decisions regarding the direction of the website. Strategy is when a website strategist works with UX, design, and content specialists to research, identify opportunities and challenges, and make recommendations.
Plan

Next, wireframes are low-fidelity black-and-white designs that outline the structure of each page template. These deliverables are supported with as much user research as possible – we are passionate about getting our concepts out there for users to refine and test.
